Responsibilities
• Prep, prime, and paint vehicles to factory standards
• Perform color matching and blending
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely repairs
Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of professional auto body painting experience
• Mastery of modem paint systems (waterborne, urethane, HVLP equipment)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior staff
