Insurance approvals typically take 2–3 business days, although some claims may take up to a week depending on the insurance company and any additional approvals that may be required.
Step 2: Estimate Approval & Scheduling
Once your insurance company, our repair team, and you have approved the initial repair estimate, we’ll begin ordering the necessary parts and schedule your vehicle for repairs. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process so you know exactly what to expect.
Step 3: Expert Collision Repairs
When your vehicle arrives at our shop, our skilled collision repair technicians will begin carefully restoring it to its pre-accident condition.
Most repairs are completed within 2–5 business days, although more extensive damage may require additional time.
During the repair process, we completely inspect your vehicle for any hidden damage that may not have been visible during the initial estimate. If additional repairs are needed, we’ll submit a supplemental estimate to your insurance company for approval. While this can occasionally extend the repair timeline, it’s an important step in ensuring every repair is completed properly.
Step 4: Auto Body Repair & Preparation
Our technicians repair or replace damaged body panels while carefully checking the fit and alignment of every component. When repairing existing panels, the process may include:
- Removing dents and damaged areas
- Applying professional body filler as needed
- Sanding and shaping repaired surfaces
- Priming panels for a smooth finish
- Repeating these steps until the panel is restored to pre-accident condition
Once the body repairs are complete, your vehicle moves to our paint department for refinishing and color matching.
Step 5: Professional Painting & Reassembly
After the paint has been professionally applied and allowed to cure, our technicians carefully reassemble your vehicle. Every component is inspected, adjusted, and tested to ensure everything fits and functions correctly.
Before your vehicle is returned to you, it will receive a final inspection and cleaning so it’s ready for the road.
